Villa Lemoni is set in 4000m2 of olive groves and gardens with fruit trees and lawns, with breathtaking views across the islands and beyond.

There are three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms and one with a shower. The modern, yet comfortably stylish sitting room, which has a fireplace for the winter, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all add to a huge feeling of space, especially as one can go straight out onto the large terrace which itself is furnished with sturdy wooden pool chairs and tables – perfect for dining al fresco.

The views from the terrace above the pool, the jacuzzi and the garden are spectacular and all offer great places from which to relax with a glass of wine and contemplate. The entrance into the pool is directly down some steps from the terrace, and there is beautiful new water feature set within the terrace.

Lefkada offers much to explore. The East coast, where Villa Lemoni is situated, is the most picturesque side of the Ionian and is very popular with sailors due to its calm waters and pretty greek islands. However, the West coast is more rugged and windswept, offering a more dramatic coastline, fantastically blue waters and amazing beaches. Some are relatively inaccessible requiring a walk from the car which instantly means less people and for the adventurous these are a must.

Vasiliki Town, on the southern tip of the island, must be one of the largest natural harbours around and is a haven for yachtsmen, windsurfers and other watersports enthusiasts, with pretty cafes and restaurants all around and boat trips offered to nearby beaches and coves. This would be an excellent place for a day trip and lunch.
